Hello World

This is the first post on my new portfolio site. I built this using Astro and NES.css.

Why Retro?

I’ve always loved the aesthetic of 8-bit games. It reminds me of childhood playing my brothers’ hand me down SNES and N64 and the style is one that even my art-deficient self can manage :-).

Stay tuned for more updates on AI, Data Science, and my home lab experiments.

As of writing this, this site is not actually deployed yet and is just being developed locally. If you are reading this though then that means that I successfully got it running on my home server (or got frusterated and paid for hosting…).

I hope to post an update once I’m done to recap how it went!
